科研工作
主要从事有机氟硅改性水性聚氨酯乳液、高耐水水性树脂、活性可控（RAFT）聚合以及有机硅高分子材料的合成与性能研究。作为项目负责人，主持承担国家自然科学基金青年基金、山东省自然科学基金青年基金、山东省科学院基础研究基金和山东省科学院展基金等多项省部级课题；作为主要参与人完成了国家自然科学基金重点基金项目和面上基金项目的研究工作。发表论文二十余篇，其中以第一作者发表SCI收录论文12篇。
